Five AI invoices, one team, still no system

Five AI invoices is not a stack. It is a team with no system: Marketing on ChatGPT, design on Midjourney, ops on Claude, a video tool nobody owns, and a personal Plus account on someone's card. The average company now pays for about 4.5 AI tools. DIMA is one bill, every model the team actually uses, workspaces that stay when people leave. Premium is €129/month for unlimited users. Basic is €59 for two.

You did not choose this. It accumulated.

Someone in sales bought ChatGPT because a competitor's emails looked faster. Design tried Midjourney for a pitch deck. Ops opened Claude for long contracts. Someone else expensed Perplexity. A video tool landed after a campaign week. Each invoice was small. Together they are the AI budget, and nobody can say what the company knows.

That pattern has a name in 2026: AI tool sprawl. Spend platforms tracking real cards see the same picture: most businesses with AI already pay for four or five dedicated tools, OpenAI and Anthropic show up in the same companies, and a lot of the spend is duplicate chat. Small teams are worse, because there is no procurement person whose job is to notice.

What five invoices actually buy you

A typical 10-person company in the EU, as of August 2026:

Invoice Who uses it What you think you bought What you actually have
ChatGPT Business whoever got a seat Company AI One lab. ~$25/user/month monthly, two-seat minimum. Threads die when the seat is removed.
Claude Team or Pro legal / writing "Better writing" A second chat with a second login. Same job as ChatGPT for most drafts.
Midjourney or a similar image tool design Visuals A third account, no company files, no audit.
Kling, Runway, or similar campaign weeks Video A fourth credit balance. Unused 11 months of the year.
Personal Plus on a card one power user "Just me" Client text in a consumer account. Finance sees it late.

Ten ChatGPT Business seats alone are in the €210–250/month range. Add Claude seats and an image tool and you are in the €400–800 band we keep seeing on stacked teams. You still cannot switch model mid-thread. You still cannot fill the same PDF from a messy inbox. You still cannot revoke access without losing the work.

DIMA Premium is €129/month for the whole company: GPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, media, agents, workspaces. Basic is €59/month for two users, not the whole team. The homepage shortcut that sounds like €59 covers everyone is Premium's job. Trial is 7 days and 30 credits, then Basic unless you cancel.

The bill is the visible part

Three costs sit under the invoices.

Redundant chat. Cledara's 2026 cut of real company cards: the average AI-using business pays for 4.5 AI tools, and ChatGPT and Claude often coexist for the same drafting work. You are buying the same sentence twice. Work that walks out. Prompts, client threads, and "how we do this" live in personal chats. When someone resigns, you revoke a seat and the memory goes with them. A system keeps the workspace. Files in the wrong place. A contract pasted into consumer ChatGPT is not a policy failure in the abstract. It is a client problem and, in the EU, a data problem. One instance, EU storage by default, an audit trail, and "not used to train models" is the control you were pretending the five invoices gave you.

A sixth cost, if you want to be honest: you never A/B the model. You use Midjourney because you pay for Midjourney. You never finish the answer in Claude when GPT stalls, because that is another tab and another login.

What a system looks like instead

One workspace per department or client. Files and rules live there. People and agents post into the same feed. You change model mid-thread when you hit a wall. Media is not a side subscription. Document fill is not a copy-paste Friday. Spend caps and a login you can revoke.

That is DIMA: company chat, media studio, agents, document fill-in, administration. Data in the EU by default. Private instance. Start free or book a 30-minute demo.

If the job you care about is specifically replacing ChatGPT Team seats, use the ChatGPT Team alternative numbers. This post is the other trigger: you already bought the tools, and they still do not add up to a company system.

Who this is not for

Stay on ChatGPT Plus if one person writes and nobody else needs the history.

Buy Microsoft 365 Copilot if the company already lives in Outlook, Word, and Teams and that is the only surface that matters. Copilot wins that job. DIMA is not that job.

Do not come here for a 200-person SSO procurement with a published ISO pack on the marketing site. That is Enterprise, custom, a conversation.

Do not come here to keep five specialist tools you actually use every day for five different jobs. Consolidation is for overlap plus missing control. It is not a religion.

A 30-minute audit before you buy anything

List the AI charges on the last 90 days of cards. Group them by job: chat, image, video, writing, research. Any job with two tools is a candidate to kill, not a stack.

Count seats that did nothing in 30 days. Those are not "optional capacity." They are the sprawl.

Ask one question in Slack: "Where does the company's AI work live if you leave tomorrow?" If the answer is a personal chat, you do not have a system.

If the list is one tool and one person, stop. If the list is five invoices and a shrug, start the trial and put one real workspace on it: one department, one folder of files, one job that currently bounces between tabs.

FAQ

Is this just cheaper ChatGPT? No. ChatGPT Business is one lab, priced per seat. DIMA is multi-model, media, agents, and workspaces on one bill. Premium is the no-per-seat plan. Do we have to move everything on day one? No. Pick the department that already has two chat tools. Move that. Cancel the unused seats after a week you can measure. What if we only need images? Keep the image tool. This page is for teams paying for chat and images and a third thing, with no shared memory. Where is data stored? In the EU by default. Files are not used to train models. Enterprise can pin a region and bring its own keys.

The five invoices will still be there on Monday. The system will not, unless you put the work in one place.
